Signia Hearing Aid 3.0 Receivers

Size/Length: The Signia/Rexton 3.0 receivers come in sizes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and now 5! with 0 being the shortest length and 4 being the longest.

Power: The P Power is the strongest receiver and is for severe-profound hearing loss. M Power is for moderate-severe loss. S Power is for mild-moderate.

Your current receiver should display the length and power on the end that goes in your ear. If you are unsure you can always send us a picture or ask your audiologist!

Signia RIC (Receiver-in-the-Canal) Hearing Aids

These Signia 3.0 Receivers are Signia and Rexton’s receiver for their newer model of hearing aids. These receivers are compatible with the Signia Pure AX models and the Rexton M-Core models. If you are unsure which receiver your aid uses, reach out and send us a picture of your current receiver. A picture speaks 1000 words.

If your hearing aid is starting to sound a little weak, and you changed your wax guard, perhaps it is time for a new receiver. Moisture and other elements can affect the receiver.
